Hero Background

Most institutional training of staff is catering to Hospital care. We therefore focus on developing staff and training them to meet specific demands of community and home care in illness, disability, or recovery. Staff providing domiciliary care for young ones, pregnant mothers, or elders are also needing training to conduct themselves well and add value to clients and families. We have planned a skilled hierarchy of supervision, training, monitoring, of our staff that will maintain confidentiality of families, earn their trust in the care provided, relieve their carer distress, and free carer time for pursuing their livelihoods and improving their quality of life.

The world is changing and not all students manage to have a reasonable livelihood after completing existing educational paths. Arête recognises the importance of self-reliance to individuals and stemming from a Health & management background, we are offering alternate career, continuing career, part time/flexible work training development paths. We also build within existing career paths with focused education and training to make your life economically independent, accessible in your local communities, and progressive.
